Surprisingly, wellness doesn’t begin & end in the gym. Total health starts with the decision to treat your temple as such. Minding what you put inside your temple is a critical factor of overall good health. It’ll determine how your body responds to workouts, how you feel, how you sleep, your energy levels, illness, obesity, confidence; particularly how well you wear your wardrobe & how comfortable you are in the nude. Take note of the following sources to educate yourself on what you’re putting in your body and how you can make better decisions when it comes to your diet.

Be patient with yourself but I encourage you to be diligent in your process. This is an entire lifestyle change whether you are Pescartarian or full on Carinvore. Remember mistakes are permitted.
