I love a powerful start to my morning…powerful meaning delicious. As in food, particularly pancakes or a flaky croissant paired with a steamy cup of hot coffee. HOWEVER, I’m working on moderation with my dough consumption so I decided to try a Smoothie Bowl. Best damn move I’ve made all year! Granted we’re only 7 days into 2018…nonetheless, this bowl really has been the smartest decision I’ve made thus far. Anywho this smoothie bowl is totally tantalizing, super easy to make, absolutely vegan and a perfect start to your day. Keep in mind this treat doesn’t just have to be reserved for breakfast. You can switch up ingredients and make this meal enjoyable any time of the day.
Lineup all ingredients for easy access
Peel & slice a Kiwi
Rinse Fresh Blackberries
Toss a handful of Frozen Blueberries into blender
Throw in 4-5 nice sze Frozen Figs
Half Baby Banana
3/4c Coconut Milk
Blend on high 20 seconds or until you have a smooth/thick & frosty mix
Pour into your bowl
