Improving Posture

Proper posture gives us an imposing appearance. Chest up, shoulders square, tummy tight, you’d be surprised how many muscles you activate.  Both a strong core & back aid in keeping your entire body properly aligned. Rarely do we actually practice good posture. Not until someone brings slouching to our attention do we adjust; before falling right back into a comfortable slump. Other times we suffer from headaches, back spasms, neck pain; often overlooking the fact that these may be symptoms of our improper posture.

Bad posture comes with a price:

Stiffness

Muscle weakness

Back, neck pain

Sciatica

Carpal Tunnel

Deadlifts

Crunches

Back Extension

Planks

Shoulder Rolls

Practice proper form (stand up straight)
